Benim dünyamda — üretim çizelgesi, parça karması, liman riski, taşıma kapasitesi — sorun çoğu zaman "ne olduğunu" görmek değil; "ne yapacağını" hızla, doğru sınırlar içinde uygulamak. Gartner araştırması tedarik zincirlerinin %95'inin değişime hızla tepki vermesi gerektiğini ortaya koyuyor; ancak yalnızca %7'si kararları gerçek zamanlı yürütebiliyor. "Agentic" kavramını doğru yerden okumak gerek. Bu, sohbet edebilen bir arayüz değil; ERP, WMS ve TMS içinde tanımlı yetkilerle karar alıp uygulayabilen yürütme aklı. We are witnessing a massive structural rebalance across the industry:

📉 Trade Shifts: Europe’s traditional automotive trade surplus collapsed by 41% in just one year as EU imports rose +11.4% while global exports softened.

🇨🇳 The Localization Wave: To navigate tariffs, Chinese OEMs are rapidly transitioning from pure exporting to local production (BYD, Chery, Leapmotor, SAIC, Geely). Chinese brand production in Europe is forecasted to jump from 0.4M units in 2026 to 1.4M units by 2030.

World Automotive Production is 98 million units.

World 2017 automotive production statistics data recently shared by OICA. Total production increased from 95,5 M to 98M with 2%.

Here are some interesting data;

• China increase percentage is 3%. Last year the ratio was 15%.
• EU production did not change.
• South America production increased 21% after 3 years. Increasing is coming from Brazil.

Turkish Automotive Industry 2017

Turkish Automotive Industry closed 2017 with a new production and export record.  - Total production increased 14% and P.Cars 20%. 1,7 M Vehicles produced in 2017.  - Export increase is 17% in total and P.Cars is 24%. - Export revenue increase is in total 20%, and P.Cars is 41%. The revenue and production percentage difference - I think -  let us understand the technology and R&D usage in Turkey.  

Commercial vehicle production slightly increased. But Heavy truck production is still low comparing to previous years.

Total production increase basically comes from passenger Cars production.

Ford Otosan and Toyota has the increased their export / production comparing to last year. Toyota doubled.

How to select appropriate equipment to carry your material?

It is important to know how to pick your logistic equipment to minimize cost that you pay for material or finished good flow. There are different type of logistics equipment and methodology available in the market. But you must know which one is best for you.

Before you pick your logistics method, firstly you need to know your material better than anything. First course is density. Calculate your material's density first.

The density, or more precisely, the volumetric mass density, of a substance is its mass per unit volume. The symbol most often used for density is ρ (the lower case Greek letter rho), although the Latin letter D can also be used. Mathematically, density is defined as mass divided by volume:
